If there was a zero star rating I would give it. The Pharmacy is HORRENDOUS! Used to be OK but CONSTANT staff turnover and if you look at employee reviews you can see part of the problem horrible uncaring place to work. They hire people that can barely speak English and are constantly out of medications or text you to say your prescription is ready but when you go there its not. I could go on forever-just AWFUL!

I've been going to this CVS for 3 years now. The pharmacy team, Jay, Rimpal, Faun, everyone has been above and beyond what I expected. With a number of serious health issues they were the most helpful and genuinely caring pharmacy team I've ever encountered. Very blessed to have had them in my worst times.

The pharmacy staff has been very supportive and helpful to us. They are always friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Even though we have the option (through our insurance) to have our prescriptions mailed to our home, we prefer to have CVS automatically process the refills. This save us time we are assured that refills will be ready when needed. We have witnessed the pharmacy staff respond to customers cordially and professionally and even resolve some confrontational issues to a reasonable and acceptable conclusion. This is especially admirable considering the hectic pace they sometimes face or impatient customers. Everyone in the store is always patient, cordial and willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have and it's reassuring to have their support and assistance.

Not much to say besides avoid this location!!!! We have been using this pharmacy for YEARS, but recently, the staff has been rude and unhelpful. They "can't find" insurance on file that has been the same for YEARS. They say my medicine will be there on a specific day and when I show up: nothing. And then when my medicine isn't there, they aren't helpful in finding another location that carries it. They get an attitude and want you to come inside to figure it out (I usually use the drive thru) but I'm in the drive thru for a reason and don't want to stand around inside while you make me wait for 20 minutes.. LOL. But even looking past those things, they are straight up rude every single time we go there. I am switching pharmacies!

If I could go rate 0 stars I would. I'm a very patient person however this pharmacy is a JOKE! I did Doctor on demand and they were so confused on how to fill my prescriptions. I showed them the order on my phone and they took my phone and WALKED AWAY OUT OF SIGHT with my phone for 20 minutes!!!!!! When ringing them bell they told me to hold on a drive around (AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD MY PHONE) and there was no other customers behind me, just to return and tell me they wont fill it because I need to go to a "real" doctor. No other pharmacy has given me this issue like this before. It takes usually MINIMUM a week to even get them to fill my prescription and when i pick it up they send automated texted e v e r y d a y telling me they refilled it. I PICK UP A 90 DAY SUPPLY. There is no need to fill it before 90 days. I am not someone who uses yelp or even complains (I signed up for yelp to write a review for my dentist to get a entered in a raffle) but goodness this place is a nightmare. Not to mention they've give me the wrong prescriptions twice. Everyone I know has switched pharmacies. If you want to save you sanity don't bother with CVS Pharmacy.

They messed up my drug insurance information in their computers and overcharged me as if l had no insurance. Nobody cares or tries to fix the problem. They don't seem to know HOW to fix the problem. They are always out of inventory and you have to wait days for even common medications.

the best most helpful pharmacist ever! will go the extra mile to meet your needs. pharmacy staff extremely helpful. pharmacist called company to obtain a $35 discount for my eye medication - MD had given me a $35 coupon and pharmacist noticed it was expired - when she called the company they waived the expiration date and gave me the discount. This is just one example of the extra effort the pharmacist at the Cary CVS has put in for me.
