Hilltop Fitness offers challenging workouts. The mix of cardio, weights, and body weight exercises makes the class time move quickly. My legs and shoulders are the strongest they have ever been.

I highly recommend Josh! I have worked with him for years and yet each workout is different and challenging. He is extremely knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely cares about each one of his clients. Josh is able to modify workouts based on physical injury or for those coming back from surgery/physical therapy. He has taught me working out is more than just in the gym, it's a balance of eating right and living a healthy lifestyle.

I loved taking Foxy & Fierce kickboxing!! Every workout is flexible to meet everyone's needs, even if you have any back issues or other issues. I'm hoping to get back soon.

In the past 3 years of personal training, you have helped me become more stronger and more fit. Every workout is a challenge. You never disappoint. Each rep and each exercise is calculated thoroughly. For each exercise routine you set for me by the end of the count, my arms, legs, abs, etc... are hitting their max. Thank you Josh for all you have done for me. There has been no better trainer than you.
