Visited here from Florida for my wedding nails , and I’m disappointed . My nails are bumpy , they are all different shapes , they aren’t square (I asked for square- sharpe edges square) , the acrylic wasn’t applied evenly and I have 2 nails that are crooked and if I compare nails on both hands they are different sizes . And it took 2 hours for acrylic set and then was charged 75$ for really sub par quality . feel like for simple acrylic nails that just had a glitter top coat it should have been far better quality , and more importantly what I asked for . She had to fix two of my nails while filing the ring finger on my left hand she filed too thin and then applied acrylic to it twice to fix it ,

Bad experience, male nail tech cut every corner he could and left a ton of cuticle on my toes. Didn't clean under the nail and skipped the foot massage all together. Forgot about the parrafin wax but did it at the end when I mentioned it to my friend, which dulled the color of my nails. Doesn't even look chrome. I used to go to this shop aprox 3 years ago and recieve good service. My last experience was bad. Convinced a friend of mine who had a previous experience and now have regrets. $75 for a classic gel pedicure with chrome. Super unhappy!

Infection due to my skin being filed OFF MY HAND !!! 🛑
STILL INFECTED AND THEY MADE ME PAY... 1.5 WEEKS LATER, SENDING YOU MY DR BILLS 🤬
3rd picture 2 weeks later, SERIOUS INFECTION. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT GO. HEALTH DEPARTMENT CALLED AND SHOULD BE ON ALERT ⚠️ 📢 😳

My nails were so damaged from packing boxes and moving, I thought it was going to take some time for repair but Mary from MC Nails fixed them and they are looking so much better now! I am so thankful! Definitely recommend the service here.

I went to this salon for the first time the other day and was very pleased with the service! The employees were very nice and welcoming. I really like how my nails turned out and will be coming here again. I recommend!

The best nail salon I have ever been to. Each staff member is so kind and great at their jobs and the salon is very clean. They put a lot of effort and care into each appointment and they do a fantastic job of making customers feel welcomed and valued. I really don’t have enough good things to say for MC nail and everyone who works there. Thank you for being the best!!

I had a no chip manicure and regular pedicure done yesterday for $87.00! As you can see, an unacceptable job on my big toes. The top coat, which was an extra $5 was not applied properly. Also, the nail tech was brutal making my thumb cuticle bleed, which she applied an ointment to. My right ring finger is swollen due to her cutting my cuticle so short. I’ve never walked out of a salon in pain. I’m hoping I don’t get an infection on the swollen finger. I do not recommend this salon. A very rushed job. Too many walk ins and I had an appointment.

I had my nails done on Tuesday, July 2. Had a regular pedicure at $35 and had my manicure with powder dip for $55 plus, I gave a $20 tip. I am now up to $110. Three of my nails began to chip and could not get back in there until today, Friday, July 5. Because the polish came off of three nails, two of my natural nails broke. I told her to put two tips on it to make them uniform as they were. Yes! She charged me $10 for the two tips. I now just finished paying a total of $120! Because it was their fault that my two nails broke, I don’t feel I should’ve paid them anything. Like a fool, I felt pressured and paid the $10. I find to ask me to pay for them to repair my nails back to the way they were just two days ago, is unsettling.
Hey, for $120 I should have received an awesome massage or some design on my nails. Very disappointing in their behavior today.

Love McNails! Highly recommend!! Leigh has been doing my no chip manicures since the opening years ago. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her, Michelle & the other nail techs. They are all friendly & accommodating. Relaxing atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Very clean. The manicure chairs are comfy as are the massage pedicure chairs. A unique treat at this nail salon is they show a different movie every week! It’s truly a wonderful escape! I’m extremely particular about my nails & very hard on them w/cleaning, gardening, etc. My no chip is always fabulous & lasts about 3 weeks. And be sure to pay the extra $5 for Dazzle Dry. It’s worth every penny!! They also offer dip & regular manicures as well as soothing pedicures. You have to try this nail salon. You won’t want go anywhere else once you do!!

My nails did not turn out how I wanted. They told me they were able to do the design that I wanted but the technician did a sloppy job and ended up having to redo the design twice despite having a picture of it on his own phone. I was there for over two hours, and still unhappy with the results and by this time needed to get an appointment so I decided to just leave them how they were because I didn’t have anymore time to waste. When I get ready to pay, I find out I was being charged $90. When I asked why it was $90, he told me that they were charging me five dollars for each nail I had a design on (this was never discussed with me prior and prices were not posted anywhere that I knew of-I looked). During the time of my service though a different technician next to me was doing someone else’s nails and told her it was $10 altogether to have a design on all 10 nails. He even told her “we never over charge. We make sure the price is right”. When I told my technician what the other technician told the other client, he insisted that I still owe $90. I was not rude and didn’t make a scene or anything but it was very clear that I was not happy. Needless to say, I’m out $90, unhappy with how they turned out, will have to paint over them when I get home and pay another salon to fix this cow print looking mess on my next day off. I wish in the future, they would be honest about prices up front and if they are not able to do what client is asking for, just say so instead of wasting my time and money.
Normally, I enjoy coming here but it looks like someone drew on my nails with a sharpie and I am literally embarrassed to even be in public with these nails. I would rather cover it with dollar store nail polish when I get home than walk around with these ugly nails.
Just be honest about your skill set!
Also, after filing/sanding/cutting my nails to remove the acrylic, they moved me to another seat and without cleaning up all the nail chunks, clippings and dust from filing MY nails, they sat another client in that seat and didn’t even change the towel or anything.

They got me in on a Saturday morning! My nails look great! The owner is so sweet, she did my nails and made sure the salon was running smoothly. Great experience! I'm definitely going back!
