If you want to treat yourself, I highly suggest the REJUVENATION + RENEWAL 90 minute Head Spa. It was so relaxing and I was a ball of mush at the end. When I got home, and my significant other gave me a hug, he said my hair smelled fantastic. I can’t wait to make my next appointment.

I will never return here because of the customer service experience I had here. I wanted my hair blonde- granted I’ve gone here before and never had any issues before until yesterday. They will mess up your hair- tell you there’s nothing they can do about it or they don’t have time or try to book you with someone else and charge you extra because they messed up. I will not and do not recommend this place to anyone. Not only am I upset because I don’t have the hair I wanted but the fact that I had to drop over $150 and she didn’t even finish the trim!!!! Only half of my hair was cut….. very uneven….just so disappointed….

I had a great experience with Stylist Sara. I had an appointment for highlights and had brought her a picture of how I wanted it done. She did a great job and I was very happy with the way my hair turned out. It take a lot for me to trust anyone to do my hair- but she does such a great job that I have no problem making small changes to my hair as long as she does it!

Love BRIDGET even more! Two days ago, I did the Keratin treatment and my hair feels and looks amazing!!!
Also, Bridget's color/cut services are excellent.
MODERN WAVE is an excellent place to receive Aveda beauty treatments for your hair.
I also have had facials with ELISE using their Aveda products, and I've been very happy with the treatments. Feel brand new!!!

The service itself was amazing as always. I have been going to Modern Wave and Kristy for over 30 years. Unfortunately their new credit card policy has left a bitter taste and I won’t be returning until it changes. You “punish” your long time customers with frivolous paperwork and disclaimers because a few cancel with short notice. And the fact that you won’t provide services to me unless I give my credit card information to you or I have to pay 50% of my upcoming service in advance is unacceptable.
