Too bad I can't give six stars. They took over the maintenance of our 24 year old irrigation system last year and did a first-rate job with it. Their advice was also very helpful in adjusting the watering times for some of our stations. This year was no different. In addition to being very knowledgeable and experienced, everyone we've had contact with (Jean, JoAnn, Nick, Hilario, and each of their crew members) has been incredibly pleasant. They are today finishing up a multi-day job making major changes to our now 25 year old system that should not only save water but improve the way some of our many shrubs and trees get watered. Over the 25 years we've had our system we've worked with several firms. None has come close to the professional way Naturescape handles our system or treats us. My wife and I are so glad we found them.

Naturescape Irrigation is a wonderful company. If you are looking to get a new irrigation system or simply need your current system serviced, this is the company to use. They have great technicians and a wonderful customer service team. They have installed and serviced my families irrigation system for years, and I only have good things to say about this company!

They installed a system but will not travel to service the system now. Customer service is horrible. Asked why they can install but now cannot service, I was told "they just don't do it". Look elsewhere if customer service is something your looking for.

Naturescrape Design in Cary is a great organization that stands by their work. Having worked with them for a few seasons, they have always been professional, on time, and stand behind their work. Recently, I had an issue they solved and showed just how much they appreciate the lifetime value of a customer.

We have been VERY impressed by this irrigation company. We had been using another company for years...but they were unable to solve some irrigation system issues we were having - and actually cost us quite a sum by not thoroughly doing their job. A friend uses Naturescape and recommended them. I am so happy she did! They came out on time and quickly diagnosed our issue. The job was done perfectly and reasonably. We are now customers for life. We will happily support this locally owned and ran small family business!
