“Can't say enough wonderful things about this store! A gentleman by the name of Orhan was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. He assisted me with a custom Messi jersey that wasn't the easiest request, but it turned out amazing! My son was absolutely thrilled on Christmas. Thank you!!”

“I did e-learning for my Open Water Certification online and then did my confined water dives at Sea Level Dining. It was a great experience. My instructor Jim was fantastic. He was very thorough and professional. He really prepared me for my Open Water Dives. Seal Level Diving's facility was great too. The heated indoor pool was a great place to do my dives even though it was December, and they have a good selection of equipment. I highly recommend Jim and Sea Level Diving.”

“Wide selection of used golf clubs and very helpful. Among the things that I purchased was a driver that I ended up not needing. They had no problem with exchanging the driver for two clubs that I did need.”

“So I specifically came here because of some foot pain. I walked in and immediately a lovely young lady came to greet me. Not going to lie, she seemed so young I figured I was going to not get the help I really needed. I could not have been more wrong. She did the analysis, watched me walk and suggest a range of shoes to try. She was patient and knowledgeable. I will 100% be back and suggest if you didn’t already know about them that you go. My foot feels better already!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 service 10/10 lid. Scott was communicative throughout the process every step of the way. He went the extra mile to make sure my buckeyes lid was exactly what I wanted and even sent it to the signing for me with return postage. Would 100% go back to him in the future !”

“Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me on the best items to rent and the quantities I would need. My basement got some water in it and in just a few short hours I’m already done. I thought it was going to be an all nighter. The tools he sent me home with were perfect. I called ahead and he had everything ready for me so I didn’t waste any time.Mike met me at the counter and was polite and quick to get me on my way. He had everything I needed waiting at the front door.Nate and the guys were polite/funny. Loaded me up with care respecting my vehicle etc. and had me set to go.During a frustrating time of water in the basement these guys hit it out of the park for me. Made it so much easier to handle a tough situation. This is not your typical rental shop pushing old broken tools out the door. They care about their equipment and the customer. They made such an impression, I even know their names. Very personal service! I highly recommend using them over any big box rental or other guy places.Thank you to the entire team at Ed’s. I will be back but hopefully for party supplies next time.”

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
