Diego Vega was the one to help me get into my rv space. He was very helpful and polite. He was able to find me a better spot for my trailer and made sure I knew where to go if I needed any further assistance. Very good forst experience with the company!

I had no choice but to put my vehicle up for storage. I caught StorSafe online, and considering they were the most reasonably priced, I chose them. Set up for the account was easy. The insurance liability was fairly cheap. They were extremely helpful when I asked questions, and at that from a mobile state on my part, so they pretty much handled everything smoothly. When I received my vehicle again, account closing went well also. Very nice, helpful people when needed. I have rented from others, and StorSafe has been the best. Highly recommended.

Signing up on line using your phone was a little hard to do, doing it on a home computer may of been better especially because there is a lot of info to go thru. First day in the storage facility was fine, gates worked as advertised and the stalls were somewhat clean. Going forward I would tell friends to go there.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!
MOVED OUT IN NOVEMBER!
this is hands-down, the absolute worst storage facility on the face of the Earth. If anyone would like send me a message on Google and I can show you the screenshots of the text messages from me trying to cancel my storage unit parking space for over six months, even after Michelle Finally “canceled” them I was STILL GETTING BILLLED. $466.50/mo. You would think they take care of customers spending nearly $500/mo with them. I called her about every day for a week. She finally got back to me and acknowledged her mistake and offered a refund For the previous several months which I never received. She didn’t answer anymore phone calls after that and deferred me to Russ, who seemed nice and promised A refund Which again I never received. Can’t get ahold of him either, To this day, I am still getting billed and continuously and nobody answers. It’s just an automated text that says “sorry I am with another customer”
