For my business, I have to go to the post office M-F most weeks. I moved to Cary IL over the summer. In the past, I would dread going to the post office daily. My post office would constantly create havoc or just be rude and off-putting.
As soon as I stepped into Cary post office for the first time, it was like being teleported to a different dimension. It is so clean and the clerks are so incredibly kind and helpful. They are quick, thorough, knowledge, and above-all, friendly.
The Cary IL post office is a true breath of fresh air. I've shipped hundreds of packages with them since I moved and all have been on track and on time. Beyond that, I truly feel the clerks are some of the nicest & coolest people in the community.
I highly recommend this post office. Truly, thank you for all that you do.

Felicia saved my life today by being so helpful. I had a notification in my yahoo that my package had arrived and was being sent back to sender so I went to post office and she helped me track and recover the package thankfully!! So grateful for your assistance today.

On 11/07/2022 I sent a package via International Express priority mail. The sign above the counter reads " delivery between 3 to 5 business day. I paid $173.80 for the service offered and as of today 12/19/22 the package hasn't been delivered .this parcel left the United Estates on 12/13/22. Terrible customer service.

I live right around the corner from this post office and the delivery person is constantly delivering my neighbors mail to me and my mail who knows where.

Not to be trusted!! I highly recommend going somewhere else for your shipping needs. Not only did they lose our package that we insured and now refuse to pay the price. But have provided extremely poor customer service throughout the whole process.

No menu available! Went with blind date, had heard was great place. NOT!! Minimal seating, constant flow of people going to & from some side business they had in the back, suspect they are dealing drugs or something since constant murmers about "ounces". My date was confused, too, and they upset her! None of the wait staff helped, they ignored us, and wouldn't serve us appetizers or anything!! Would give zero stars if I could. Michelen guide should delist, they got the name wrong anyway. No drinks, no food, sad sad day. I blame THEM for her walking out on me! Want an apology letter from maitre'D, ASAP!!!!!

It's really amazing how many people will give one-star reviews for the Cary Post Office because the USPS "lost" their package. The reality is that such people don't understand that because they drop their package off at Cary DOESN'T mean that Cary does the entire delivery themselves. And looking up many of these folks by name, why would someone from California be using a Cary, IL Post Office at all? Seems like a lot of folks just have sad lives and need to see their name in "lights".As a business we've dealt with the Cary P.O. for 21 years, sending tens of thousands of packages PER YEAR, and in that time the USPS has "lost" just TWO packages - and both were sent to European addresses.The Cary P.O. has ALWAYS been friendly and provided great service and careful handling of our merchandise. We've sent more packages than ANY of these "one-star" folks, or all of them combined, and your unawareness and lies are uncalled for.

The best USPS location I have encountered by a long shot!Generally friendly & helpful clerks, management has been prompt & helpful when I had an issue and had to call this location, & my mail carrier has been incredible.As a small business owner, I am very grateful for this USPS!

Exceptional efficient window clerks. The employees of the Cary post office are wonderful people. It’s always a pleasure to be treated so nice. The supervisor and Postmaster are super friendly as well. My letter carrier is very friendly and courteous too. I have nothing but praise for the Cary Illinois Post Office.
