I called Wally's based on reviews, hoping the reviews were real. I called at 6:45 Thursday night (open until 7.) At noon Friday Brian was at my house, found the burned-out connector on my AC, replaced the part and had my house cooling down. What a treat in 90-degree weather. This is an honest 5-star review.
