The worst service I have ever had at a Wendy's. The food was ice cold, ordered a 4 and 6 piece chicken nugget, both only had 4 in each box. Went back to drive up window and told the manager and she was arguing with me that it wasn't cold, they were just made , no they weren't even Luke warm, they were ice cold, the nuggets, fries and burger.She argued with me( after I gave her the nuggets back)as she was shaking the boxes at me, holding them up with attitude, this is a box for 6 nuggets and this one is for 4( repeating herself as she kept shaking the boxes at me)even though there was 4 in both boxes and usuallythey don't take the food back( whatever that meant), and I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 6 MINUTES FOR FRESH ONES, with attitude, like it was a hassle.I told her she was extremely rude, just give me the cold nuggets back which I got ripped off the other nuggets, and asked her, her name and she told me, " I'm not telling you my name, slammed the window shut as I was talking and literally ran away from the window.Never in my life have a met a ruder worker at a fast food restaurant.

Would score higher for service but their scanner to use the app never works. I go to McDonald's more because of this.

Payed for my order showed the receipt and transaction manager refused to give me my food and refund and ordered me to pay again once i refused she told me to leave or calling the cops. I asked for her name so I could call corporate about this and she refused to give me her name and then called the cops on me all I wanted was my money back or her name to call corporate since they took my money and refused to give me my food or refund. On top of that she was swearing at me telling me I was just trying to get free food in front of two of my children. Wendy's you need a new manager asap!!!! She doesn't know how to manage a business and has no people skills. Place has totally tooken a dive reviews speak for themselves police showed up and police report was filed. Will definitely not come back here again all I was trying to do was buy my kids food ?.

This place gave me violent diarrhea lmao. It wasn’t fun. The manager is a rude woman who hates people. Probably why she purposely gets the little bit of customers they have sick. Seriously I love Wendy’s but this location you gotta skip.

Watch out for the guy doing Mickey Mouse impressions in the drive up. He double charged me. When I called, they told me it was their mistake, to return and get my money back, it would be waiting in an envelope with my name on it. When I arrived Brooke claimed to know nothing about it and would not look for my envelope. After being rude and getting all huffy with me Brooke walked away from me mid conversation at the window. So they've stolen, lied, and then ignored me at the restaurant. Brooke is a real winner! Lost a customer over $11.

I would give this location 5 stars if some kid wasn't on his phone every time I come in and I have to keep letting him know I'm there. If you are handling food do not be on your phone which has so many germs on it and also pay attention to who walks in the door! Also my Dave's deluxe has never looked this bad

No one at the counter to take my order, so I tried to kiosk. “Error” — “on break” … hilarious! I’d still recommend. Someone eventually came to the counter to take my order. I saw them grill the burger, so I know it was fresh. Ate on their veranda — odd seating, but it works.
