It was the worst experience at Caseys ever! I called for my mother in law who was sitting next to me asking this girl to place the pizza order between 3:55pm-4pm she says okay because she made our pizza before 3:25 when it was placed at 4! Get to Casey and she said i never told her that time and it was placed at 4:55pm. When I 1st asked she stared at me dumbfounded and went and asked another kitchen worker on the pizza. My mother in law calls and is angry on this she said she would be make the pizzas right there. I go in to pick the pizzas up and she drops them in my hand with a bad attitude towards me. No one the cashier or 2 kitchen girls who looked like teens had name tags on at all. I asked for the name to the cashier girl she told me she has to ask for her permission. Goes back there and proceeds to make fun of me in a whole store of customers. She comes back and told me were not giving you our names. I said okay let me speak to your manager. She told me there was no manager on duty and I can wait till Monday. I go to the car and checked the pizzas. This was the worst pizza I've EVER seen being made there. It wasn't cooked all the way still doughy, there was barely any marina or cheese, and it was just made so sloppily and you can tell they did this on purpose. I couldn't feed those 2 pizzas to my kids and had to make dinner at home because that pizza wasn't edible. Worst experience there to deal w 3 teenager girls with attitudes towards you while making fun of you. Not AGAIN

We stopped by here briefly for drinks before heading on in to town. We were served by Ashley who processed our order quickly and efficiently. All good.

Can never order a pizza because it will take FOREVER! The floor is ALWAYS dirty. Watch your belongings. There is a thief that works behind the counter.

Ordered pizza here 3 times over a year1st order was a large order but we ordered it 12 hours in advance and they “didn’t see it” showed up 2 hours late to a meeting that we promised 50-60 people food at a certain time2nd time - I arrived to pick it up 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time - they never had it it started and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Took an hour for a 1 topping pizza that I was told would take 15-20 minutes3rd time I applied 2 coupons over the phone where they inputted the codes on their system - cheese sticks and a free ANY LARGE Pizza. The lady literally argued with me about the coupon, saying I couldn’t use both (but both applied) then told me I had to pay for the topping when the coupon stated any amount of toppings - any large pizza. Not a single topping pizza. Oh also took 3 phone calls for them to get a pepperoni sausage pizza correct too. So we had no idea if we would even get the right pizza once we arrived.I do not recommend ordering pizza at this Casey’s. We’ve never had continuous issues with a Casey’s like this one. This will be the last time we order pizza here.

I'm here , been Here for 10 mins, and now they tell me after I paid that it's gonna be another 15-20 mins.. they haven't even started my pizza... I ordered from here a year ago, had a crapy turnout.... I wait dam near a year, b4 I ordered again, Nope hasn't improved at all.. I just walked out with my pizza at 7:56.. it was suppose to be done no later than 730.. I understand ya get busy, but having 7 pizzas messed up and didn't even have another ladies order at all.. by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, JUST PLUM RIDICULOUS.. NEVER EVEN STARTED OUR PUZZA UNTILL WELL AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE.....

Every time we try to order pizzas its around a two hour wait. I grew up in a small town with a Casey's and there us another one in Greenup 10 miles down the road. Never have any issues with either one and wait times are reasonable even at the busiest times of week. This Casey's in Casey il is unlike anything I've ever seen and it's not in a good way
