I’m only giving 2 stars because I’ve grown to love a few of the employees but the manager is extremely lazy. She doesn’t care to assist her customers. She rude!! My mother is 70 and she not in good health therefore she may ask for help the manager was as always rude to her which now my mother never wants to return to that store. Then my todays experience reminded me of why I try to avoid going into this store during the day. Her employees treat the customers way better then her and she’s the manager. She could use better training or a replacement because clearly managing retailing is not her thing.

Great customer service. Employees were very friendly, courteous, and helpful.Only 4 stars due to very long line at checkout. Only one person running cash register.

I don't know what is wrong with people today! The manager at this store is very rude, she needs to learn how to treat customers that patronize her location daily. If you can't do right by your customers then find another line of work. The store is always under stocked, the employee turnover is ridiculous, and there is no accountability, and she has never been nice or even friendly to me. I went into this location today to pick some things up before I headed to work. I also needed to exchange some cat food . I walk up towards the counter and I noticed her hand is in a cast, I was waiting in her line forever while she was dealing with an older customer, I told her I will ring what I can on self check out but I still needed her. As I finished at self check out and started to put my things on her counter, she very rudely told me she was taking another customer first that had just walked up. I was sent over to another cashier which I don't mind because she has always been really nice to me. I waited for the manager to try and explain again but she rudely dismissed me. You can't treat people like this! I will be calling corporate.

Literally never know when they are closing. Multiple times (last year) the doors would be locked an hour to hour and a half early and the workers would be standing inside yelling thru the door that they are closed.

They need to clear the aisles so people can shop. Too crowded with the inventory racks in the way. Plus, it's a fire hazard.
