Absolutely disgusting dirty place. Didn’t even get food because it was so dirty walking up to the door that was just foreshadowing of how dirty the inside was.

Just wanted to share.I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago from making a purchase through the drive thru. The woman working the window was awesome. If her name is the one on my receipt, her name is Patti. I think she was great and really pleasant.

Placed a take-out order, arrived shortly before the expected ready time 20 minutes later, and it wouldn’t be another 20 minutes thereafter that I actually got my food. The chicken was unappetizing in every respect and the sides were serviceable. KFC everywhere is always mid, but this restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill. The workers inside were pleasant but I presume understaffing and insufficient training led to my bad experience in the end.

Wow. I’m literally sitting here waiting for my food. Person at the intercom said it would be a wait. I asked how long because I didn’t want to wait. He then changed the story to say the food was readily available. Get to the window and they ask me to pull up to a spot near the door and wait. EVERYONE that ordered behind me had to pull into a spot to wait. Eight cars and counting so far. Ridiculous! I normally go to the O’Fallon, IL location. Never an issue there. This Caseyville spot was a disorganized mess. Never again. Do not recommend.

Waited 20 minutes for the order after showing up on the pickup time, then they decided to share with me that they had an additional 15 minute wait on the 8 biscuits I ordered asked if i wanted to wait. Like, "no I'll just leave without what I paid for..." So after almost an hour of being here still don't have my food. Excellent ?

I asked for fries, they charged for them and then they told me that they didn't have to ask for another order, despite that I was waiting until they felt like serving me very badly -0

Caseyville KFC have a lot of lil kids in there on evening shift that don't like to work my food was horrible and then when I called back no one answered after a few times the manager called back I asked for his name he made a joke said dada and laughing ask me was I big mad I will not recommend this location to anyone y'all already high as hell then your food mess up is so disappointed.

Not sure what happened to the KFC that we loved in the past but this sure wasn't it. VERY EXPENSIVE for 2 4 piece dinners & when I got it home the chicken was in unidentifiable small pieces. Unable to tell a breast from a thigh & very greasy. Sad to say this is our last trip to KFC??
