I would give a 0 but thats not on there Went in to get brakes had lifetime warranty and girl in there told me after I purchased that since I had already replaced them 2yr ago that they couldn't be replaced again till the one I just bought went bad which is a lie cause that's what a lifetime warranty is for so I returned them and went to mount Vernon where they don't try to scam you and this isn't the first time I have had trouble with this autozone

I appreciate the time that was taken to help me in a a very hard situation when I could get my lights working and it had gotten dark outside. I was dealing with wire corrosion and was hopeless about getting my light running but one worker was kind and took the extra mile to check me out and see what he could do! He got my lights up and running by using his knowledge and effort to put things back together for me and get me back up and safe on the road. Thank you so much Brody!!!

This place always has great service. Employees are very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Only thing you really got to watch out for is making sure they give you the right part. I've ordered stuff online a couple times and had to bring it back after finding out it wasn't the right part

How sad is this, I'm at the AutoZone in Centralia IL @ 9:30 AM Sunday morning and the doors are locked because the manger has not showed up yet to unlock the doors.

I went to Autozone Sunday morning my truck battery was about dead. I told them I wanted a new one, and they offered to test the old one for piece of mind I just bought new. The guy helping me was great he got me all my available discounts, and then installed the new battery. This is where I'll go for all my automotive needs in Centralia.

Very helpful, no problem with a return. I bought an extra part just in case I needed it. I would have the part in hand to fix the vehicle completely.. This would save me time and mileage back town. A day later I returned the part I didn't need after all. Not touched and in the box for a refund. No problems at all..
