All staff is friendly and caring. Contrary to the old saying 'nothing is worse than a poke in the eye', Dr. Akduman does NOT hurt. Better yet it is because of his expertise that I can still see.

Everyone was so nice and very professional. I was nervous when I got there, but within just a few minutes, I didn't feel nervous any longer.

The office employees are very helpful and courteous. Dr. Johnson explains every thing he does and the reason(s) why. He is very concerned about your eye health. My eyesight is very precious to me.

Dr. Troy Johnson is the best and I definitely would not see any other eye doctor! The facility is spotless clean and his staff is great, friendly and professional and they also have a great personality and aren’t afraid to laugh and act like a friend! A total 10

The exam went well, and the staff was friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen either. The only issues I have is that I was charged $39 for retinal pictures, my insurance covered the exam. If I was told that I would be charged for the pictures I would have waived that part of the exam. I am more familar with the health of my eyes than the staff, and I know it really didn't need to be done at that time. My second complaint is that my insurance covers up to $300 for a set of frames. I needed readers too, but the insurance only covers one set. So I picked a cheap frame for my readers that would only cost me $40, and a nicer $200 set that would have been covered completely by my insurance. I was expecting to pay $150-$200 for the lenses, but the nice lady helping me told me that the price would have been well over $400. I took my prescription to Wal-mart (out of my network BTW) and paid out of pocket (no help from insurance with the frames there, it was all me) $160 for 2 sets of frames, both with poly carbonate lenses. I am ashamed that Clarkson Eyecare tried to take advantage of me like that.

Dr Wolf and his staff are amazing. They seem to truly care about their patients. They are willing to listen to what you want instead of trying to sell you something you might not like.
