Trash I spent all day in here yesterday and they couldn't help us get figured out then I come back the next day and the manager Brandi promised the last I phone to someone else and we couldn't buy it this place is very unprofessional don't not recommend at all they don't know what they are doing and they are not very professional at all they have nothing in stock and the lady amber told us it would be less than 80 and then tell us that it's gonna be 200 a month I'm switching to another company I'm done with cricket they are not helpful and they lie plus Brandi the manager is super rude I do not recommend go to Verizon or straight talk also this place is very dirty shouldn't matter but it's just icing on the cake after I spent 2 days trying to do this and we already had an account with them save yourself time and money go elsewhere

Everyone is pretty cool there but i got a better deal at att so i switched carriers so i went in to disconnect with cricket and i told them its auto pay and they did not shut the auto pay off:(

I recently switched to Cricket by going into the Centralia, IL location and man can I say this was the easiest switch to a new phone company I have ever had. Jordan the employee working that got me all taken care of was the best. He got me what I was looking for in my budget for one, all of my questions were answered and explained the different options to me so well. I was a very happy customer when I walked out of this store. So far loving my new service
