I’ve been in Centralia for the week and tried to run to Dollar store for a few quick things Saturday morning and I went there at 8am and nobody was there to open store and it’s now 9:30am and nobody is answering the phone still

Signs and online says open until 10. Apparently the workers didn’t get the memo since they always close 20 minutes early. Poor management at its finest. 10/10 wouldn’t shop again

Broken self checkout, crowded aisles, cranky employees.The self checkout register is broken - AGAIN. A sign displayed says "Coupons may not work and be applied on this lane." It's every time I go to his location. Used the machine anyway and use the coupon later on. The receipt printer was jammed and my receipt was no printed.I just left and notified the cashier at the next lane it was jammed and was obviously put out and ticke off that I even spoke to her. She rudely said, "OK" in an annoyed manner. I left without my receipt.What's up with DG? It's the 21st Century and why can they not get this self check out efficient like other stores? And please hire people that are pleasant.

Rip off. Check the prices after you pay. The coupon you select usually does not work. Dumpy, packed, rudeness, dirty with outdated items. GO TO WALMART AND SAVE MONEY

I've shopped here for years there prices are good most are better or same as Walmart and lines aren't to long and the people who work for them are very nice and help you if you need it. And I love that the havea real person at the cashier's line

ALL DOLLAR STORES, ALL!! NEEDS TURNED IN FOR AVOIDING CALL-IN ORDERS!! THEY NEVER CHECK THEM THEN I KNOW OF A FEW THAT HAS LITERALLY TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO GO PICK HER OWN THEN REFUND HER CHARGES.. I MEAN, ANYTHING FREE IS SWEET, BUT MY GUESS IS, CORP OFFICE WOULDNT SAY THE SAME.
