“this review is specifically for an employee named Jessie. she’s SO nice and patient! i was having a bad day and unfortunately when i’m absolutely too stressed to function i like to smoke/vape nicotine…anyway, walked there which isn’t a long walk for me but i didn’t drive because my car was so low on gas i didn’t think i could make it there and back home (you don’t care about that part, no one does. haha). so i gathered up changed, yes…change. i felt like a b hole for using all this change just for some cigarillos. i finally arrived to good ol DG after my exhaustingly hot walk, asked Jessie how much certain brands cost and she told me, she told me all the flavors without me asking..which is super kind. i decided on some that were $2.09 (including tax) and i don’t even remember how much change i had gathered like a rat but it was quite a bit. i handed her my pile of change and told her i’m sorry, more than once through the transaction and she was so patient, kind, empathetic, just a genuinely good person….soooo if she doesn’t get at least a 1 dollar raise i will be quite upset. haha. thanks Jessie!”
“The store is so cluttered it's hard to get up and down the Isle. Sometimes certain dollar general employees act like it's a crime if you ask for help finding something or reaching something high. Not all. Some are very friendly and helpful. Can't always find what I need. Sometimes I have to go to several different dollar general to find what I'm looking for.”
“Great shopping where all the staff is friendly and helpful. I do not support Walmart because of the way they treat you. TRY GETTING ANYONE TO HELP YOU AT WALMART. The Dollar General has fair prices and great coupons and a nice safe clean environment to do my grocery shopping. ?”
“I've shopped here for years there prices are good most are better or same as Walmart and lines aren't to long and the people who work for them are very nice and help you if you need it. And I love that the havea real person at the cashier's line”
