“I just want to say how very GRATEFUL I am for the service I received two days in a row @ the T-Mobile store. I had some problems with my prior carrier, apple care plan and my phone. Tyler/Bobbie helped me the first night to get an idea of a plan in place then Bobbie helped me the second day. Bobbie spent 3 patient hours with me and made sure my plan was exactly what I needed and made sure everything was up and running before I left the store!!!!”

“I recently switched to Cricket by going into the Centralia, IL location and man can I say this was the easiest switch to a new phone company I have ever had. Jordan the employee working that got me all taken care of was the best. He got me what I was looking for in my budget for one, all of my questions were answered and explained the different options to me so well. I was a very happy customer when I walked out of this store. So far loving my new service”

“The guys at the Centralia store were so helpful. I fully recommend you stop in and see them. I left with an upgraded phone, a new watch and my bill was $80 LESS!!”
