“I just want to say how very GRATEFUL I am for the service I received two days in a row @ the T-Mobile store. I had some problems with my prior carrier, apple care plan and my phone. Tyler/Bobbie helped me the first night to get an idea of a plan in place then Bobbie helped me the second day. Bobbie spent 3 patient hours with me and made sure my plan was exactly what I needed and made sure everything was up and running before I left the store!!!!”
