On a trip from Missouri to Tennessee my starter failed in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. AAA sent out Fox Elite towing where I was assisted by Dustin, the tow driver. After he called all local service locations, finding no immediate service appointments available, I put my full faith and trust in Dustin and we landed at Pennington Ford of Centralia... and I sure am glad we did. The service was polite, professional and prompt. They had me back on the road the first thing the following morning. So, here's a BIG SHOUT OUT to the EXCELLENT Service Department staff and crew. Thank You...I am so very grateful for your professionalism.
