Never has a pro lem with this bank until today but they messed so.ethi g up a d instead of putting someone else on the line today they Hu g up o. Me then I couldn't get through at all I will not bank here anymore not at.all I rely hope.i do not have to deal with the same person Tomorrow

Everyone at the Centralia branch has been extremely friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied.I recently had to get something notarized. The representative showed me where I left a few blanks and verified that the documents would be valid with her seal.The manager helped me on another matter. He chatted with us about dogs when another customer came in with one.

Horrible. The ppl - specifically April and Vivian - were especially difficult and abrasive. In my efforts to access accounts, they were deceitful and dishonest. After speaking with others in the community, I learned that they had similar experiences. Although this is a national bank, I strongly urge you to speak with other locals before trusting thus branch with your assets.

This is the best branch of Regions I have ever been too. The staff is wonderful and treats me like family. April will go out of her way to help with any needs I have. She is a 10 STAR! Best Region Branch I have ever been to.

Used cash machine here. No snow for says but the pull up was all iced and snowed over to a hump - was difficult to get close.... dangerous also. The fee is also exorbitant

The regions bank Centralia Illinois stay away from this bank it's not worth your time everyone from April kent on down sorry customer service most of the time those people don't know what they are doing go to another bank if you want to open an account stay away from regions bank

It would be nice if you could change your drive through hours for Friday. Husband drove over there to deposit his check because I googled the drive through hours, they said 530. He got there at 515, and the employees were driving away

I wish there was a 0 button. Regions doesnt care after you've been a customer for awhile. They dont explain changes to your account at all and will shuffle you from person to person with no one giving you a positive answer or explanation. I had to go to another bank for the answer I needed.

The manager, Andrea Schwartz was so helpful and fast. I will refer her to every one of my friends that I sent to this bank! She made us feel like more than a customer! Best service I have ever been given at a bank.
