My Internet has been out for four days . I went to the store to ask what was going on the kid tells me "oh you need new equipment". So I go back home get the old equipment bring it back to store wait some more then he acts like this will fix my problem tells me it's super easy to get up and running. So I go back home have trouble getting it to work , office is closed by this time get on the phone ,have to talk to a computer ,get the run around for awhile then finally says wait 10 minutes and should be good. So I check again and still no inernet at this point I have been dealing with this for a few hours just to get back on the phone to find out I'm not going to have any Internet because it is down. Oh I got a sorry for your inconvenience! We are working on it!after having Internet threw spectrum for a few years now maybe 3 the price has gone up by 40. dollars and it is constantly going out I can't even get a honest answer from their staff . I spent several hours thinking i would be up and running but no still no internet but they sure did send me a bill. No thank you spectrum

We recently switched our Spectrum service to the TV choice plan and no longer needed 5 of our 6 cable boxes. We kept our DVR box and were told to return the other 5 to our local Spectrum store. I returned the 5 boxes and the people at this store cancelled my entire TV service. And told Spectrum that I had returned ALL 6 of my boxes. I never said anything about canceling my service. They just assumed that because I was returning the cable boxes that I was cancelling my TV service! Even lied about the DVR box! I have spent the last 3 days trying to get my TV services restored. Can these people not count? Could they not have looked at my account and realized I wasn't canceling anything?? Absolutely furious with this store and it's employees.

Staff was preoccupied with personal matters. Should take better care of customers and not worry about when they could go to lunch.

Great staff, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable. Was having issues with phone, Darlene listened to my issues, was through in checking different possibilities. Made a few adjustments and explained what caused the problems. Jordan and Octo both were informative and professional as well. Great experience

Went in to return some old hardware (we were mailed the replacements a couple weeks before). The woman at the counter was polite but a little condescending. I'm just hoping that she was having a bad day. Their system takes forever, it took almost three hours and two phone calls for our account to show that we returned the old hardware.

I want to give a big shout out to Jason at the Centralia store! He has definitely gone above and beyond to help me with any problems I run into. He's always patient and kind. I would suggest never calling Spectrum's customer service, I have spoken to them twice and never get my problem resolved, always go see Jason and the other employees at the store!
