Bobbie was very professional and did not give up hope even though my screen was more than non usable. She stuck with me until the job was done. I'm very happy with the service I received from the centralia branch.

I'm an IT dinosaur! And I'm practically deaf. Angelica was absolutely great. She took her time to explain what I needed to know (which is a lot) and walked me and my wife through the setup process. Her aim was to make it easy for us and to save us some money. A "10" recommendation is not high enough!! We returned after receiving our phones and Angelica had set us up with Austin to finish the setup. He was also a big help. I would recommend the T-Mobile store in Centralia to everyone I like.

While traveling my phone stopped receiving calls or was I able to make calls. T-Mobile location I went to replaced the SIM card and no problems since!

Bobbie was absolutely great! We were switching from another carrier, there was a couple of hiccups in the process, but they got us switched during the visit. And they were just not super helpful to us. This summer (2024), i had to take my Aunt and Uncle here so they can get help with their antiquated T-mobile account and Bobbie was there, too. She helped them and was so gracious. I guess this is one of the reasons why we switched.
