The CS rep Becky and female associate acted annoyed that we entered their store and interrupted their gossip session, we were given short, uninformative answers to our questions, offered the most expensive plans and told that was all they had to offer, didn't listen to anything we said, argued that I HAD to contact my service provider to unlock a phone that was not locked to any carrier, it was purchased unlocked from Manufacturer. Absolutely no confidence any customer service issue could be or would be resolved or confidentiality upheld by either of the representatives present during visit.

I have had nothing but trouble with my phone. I had straight talk before with no problem. I get absolutely no signal anywhere. When I got the phone I couldn't even make a call from in front of the store. I have been several times and was told it is an internal antenna issue. I have not been offered a replacement. I swear they are the dollar tree of phones! I would not recommend to anyone. If you are considering getting a new phone try anywhere else. Unless you enjoy all your calls being dropped missed calls and constantly having to restart your phone ?

I am a truck driver and I needed to get a phone,set up a tablet with internet,I called ahead so when I showed up they were expecting me,all went well,I had a fabulous experience,there were 3 gents working and all three took great care and made sure I was satisfied with everything,(I was,I am),my phone is working great,my tablet wasn t internet able (sim card slot makes the difference),they suggested one of theirs,I bought it and it was actually better than mine size wise,2 inches smaller makes it more portable and big enough for what I need it.Unlike some reviewers, I give them all three guys 5 solid stars.My visit was Sat 2/05/22 about noon.Thank you Ian, 2 solid?s

The people that work here do not know how to operate cell phones, and they are very minimally trained on their providers details, let alone common knowledge about providers in general. Took 4 hours (with nobody else in store) working with TWO people to get us set up, and still the settings weren't set correctly so we had to go to our previous provider to correct it. There is a t-mobile in st Louis. I will be making the extra drive there next time. Even the young woman who seemed to be the manager or store owner wasn't even familiar with iPhone. And her excuse was "im an android girl" thats fine and dandy and all, but then don't work at t-mobile, where iphones are half of what u sell. Now having issues with my iPhone because the settings were not restored properly when switching providers. T-mobile has my approval as a company, but they need to do something about the staff at the Centralia illinois location.

A nice lady helped me with my phone she was very knowledgeable i dont remember her name but she fixed my phone and the store looked nice and cleaned it feels good to have a tmobile at centralia

Great customer service, they helped resolve a difficult issue. The employees are attentive every time I come in! I always recommend their service to everyone. Whether I give them a call or visit the store, I always know they are always happy to help!

Not this particular store but they where advertising screen replacement for 49.99. No matter what carrier your with total bait and switch. I called a store and they didn't have it ... my friend is a sprint customer called and just like magic

Signal on phone is bad
