Went with a friend to ask questions about cell service and charges to account. Employee was friendly and helpful. We didn't resolve anything, but not for lack of trying by both parties. Clean store.

Oh my goodness!!! This has been a three day process and I will say that if it hadn’t been for Pam I would have given up and said no thanks!!! She has been not only very knowledgeable but very patient with me and the whole process!!! She is a credit to your business!!! She deserves a raise or at least a nice little bonus! Oh and in the three days this took she waited on many other people and all the time was pleasant and helpful

Exceptional service from Pam
Her Professional and friendly mannerism was superior to any I have countered.
I was totally amazed at her working knowledge related to diagnosing and correcting problems for my cell phone. I’ve had my phone in the shop before, but always to no avail. She quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. I have been into the shop before, but no one could satisfactory correct the problem. As I was walking out with a smile of contentment, I heard her voice once more saying “thank you for coming in”.
please understand, I am giving this opinion because she is exceptional In the business world. I also feel it is important to let you know this was the very first time I had met her. i’m not giving this recommendation because she is related or etc. etc. etc.
