Hours: Based on the reviews, Westside Laundry is a nice, clean laundromat with good machines that are maintained. The washers are nice in size with different prices for bigger loads, and the dryers work well. Employees are friendly, always smiling, and dedicated. They answer questions, make recommendations, and provide great customer service. There is wifi access, TVs, and a play area for kids. The Dexter pay app is great to use for doing laundry. They also have on-site laundry services. The loads were a little pricey, but it is a good place to do laundry. One attendant helped a customer who was lost with the rows of different sized washing machines. Another time, the owner let a customer in when they thought it was open 24/7 and let them do their load for free. Centralia is fortunate to have this fine business.
