“I had trouble finding where to go for uhaul storage. I was able to talk with a lovely lady that came out to help us and assisted us with removing our auto transport. From moving our things into the storage unit to returning the Uhaul, it was probably the less stressful part of our move. It was so appreciated, customer service was on point.”
“First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.”
“Overall a great experience. The truck was ready when it was supposed to be and pickup was fast. It was a newer truck and drove well. The hand cart we rented was essential for a move. They gave us a discount beyond AAA without us asking which was generous. There was a flat tire on the way and we got personalized customer service over the phone. Were allowed to go to the most convenient tire shop location for us and Penske paid. Drop off took less than 2 minutes. Only drawback was the roof was leaking in heavy rain. This could be really bad depending what you're hauling. They credited us $50. 16' fits more than you think if packed very well.”

“We had a good experience. The people I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would have given them 5 stars but there were cigarette butts and a water bottle left from a previous renter. We had a problem with the padlock on the truck which took up a bit of time too. I spoke to Terry first about the rental part and he was very nice. We had the truck for 8 hours but ended up needing it a little longer. When I called and spoke to David he was very understanding and extremely nice. He let us keep it 2 extra hours at no charge. It was an emotional time for me. I was clearing out my mom's things from her home because she passed away before Christmas. Their prices were reasonable and they had great hours compared to other places. I will definitely use them again if I need to move.”
“The Assistant Manager went above and beyond for my pick up I believe his name was José but he waited about 20min after closing for me as I was driving from KC to STL and then driving back to NJ on a Sunday, having my 1 year old, wife's dog and cat in the car ready for the drive and move to NJ I appreciate him very much for understanding our situation!”

“Saturday It was ok just didn’t care for the guy trying to be nosy asking personal questions about was me and some man together when clearly i wasn’t but that’s not part of his job worrying about the Wrong stuff, overall, I got in and out, return my truck later that same day then i goes back up there Sunday morning too make sure they did the proper things to make sure things was OK with the truck. It was a lady this time, and it felt more welcoming than with the guy that was there. Thanks”

“Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price.
Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience!
