Worst trash company in town. Can't pay online or over the phone. Also I cancelled and they continued charging me for months until I provided written cancelation as proof so that they cant SCAM me any further.
Just close this company already lmao, is it a money laundering front?

This is by far the worst garbage company in Champaign. Ever since the son took over, the company has been a mess. You cant talk to anybody in the office without getting an attitude and they cant ever pick up the garbage on time, if at all.
If you're looking for garbage service, don't choose ABC Sanitary. It may be a little cheaper, but I promise you that it's not worth it.

Quality and reliability of service going down. I have used ABC Sanitary for over 20 years. In the last few years, often the garbage cans are not picked up on the days scheduled, and sometimes not picked up at all.

We have been satisfied commercial customers for about 10 years. Yes they have issues occasionally but the vast majority of times we get great service - plus they offer a great price.

Do NOT hire this company for your trash and recyling services. Our trash is supposed to be picked up on Thursdays. It is, yet again, still sitting out in front of our house (it is Saturday). This happens on a regular basis. We often call and they respond with something flippant and then *sometimes* come and pick it up.

I have had them for 5 years. The first 4 they were amazing. The last 12-18 months they have become horrible. Missed pickups and days moving. They always have the excuse of trucks or employees. Eventually that excuse loses its effectiveness.
Also have been seeing at least recently the recycling which is a service they offer and i pay for is getting thrown in with the trash. That to me is extremely disappointing especially since they are saying it is a service they offer.
I have been trying to ride out their issues as my only other option has a worst star rating but getting to point I can no longer expect my trash to be picked up.

I have had this company for about 6 months now, my pick up os on wensday, and they have picked it up on time twice, they sent me a bill that wasn't due for 3 weeks, but they canceled my trash service, nobody ever answers the phone,or calls back, they have to be about the worst trash service around, the ONLY reason I am staying with them right now is because they are the cheapest I have found

I'm leaving a one-star review because it's not letting me submit with 0 stars. Chronically late pick-up for both trash and recycling. Customer service is neither kind nor responsive. And it's expensive. I've stuck with them because it's the only option I have for trash and recycling out in the country, but I don't think I can do it any longer.

My pickup day for trash and recycling is Wednesday. The last time they picked up my trash was last Saturday, and recycling was the Wednesday before last. I'm tired of my bins sitting at the end of the driveway with garbage getting scattered by the wind and animals while I wait days for pickup. Look elsewhere.

This company used to be reliable and be the cheapest in town. Now they are no longer the cheapest in town and are definitely not reliable. Pick up day is Wednesday and sometimes it's still sitting there on Saturday. No communication to let us know there is a problem.

picking up dates never the same. Very bad communication with customers to inform them with any changes. The most important thing if you call champaign il local number you will experience non professional lady in the office, has the nastiest attitude as if the situation happened to her.

I can't speak on other people's experiences, but we've used ABC for years. Always a pleasant conversation when I call them. Great price for the service. We use them at other properties too. Never had a problem in 14+ years.
