The ease with which I can order online and pickup is too good to pass up, and each time I've needed in-person help, their staff has been knowledgeable and quick to help find what I need. Ace is the place!

Great help, someone always asks if I need help. Nobody is intrusive, if I need help it’s given. Good advice, clean store, good prices. This is my small town hardware store in a not so small town.

Do you ever wonder why things inside the smaller local hardware stores cost a little more. Maybe it is because they employee enough staff to meet your need. Maybe it is because their service and quality of product is actually better. It is always easy to think about the big box stores but what I know is I got great deals at Ace while supporting my local business owners and their amazing team!!!! This store has exceptional customer service and if that matters to you then this is where you need to be spending those hard earned dollars. You don't see the big box stores giving you full size samples of products you may enjoy either. Go Ace!!!!

I'll go to home depot next time , first off they won't be watching me thinking I'm gonna steal something secondly when a customer is browsing don't stalk them. Thirdly home depot has more milwaukee selection.

Ok love this store, it’s always so clean and all of the sections are well marked, so it’s easy to find just what I’m looking for. At least one employee asks if I need assistance.
Whenever possible, I buy things made in America, as I’m a retired Union electrician, IBEW!

Excellent grill section, huge supply of rubs and seasonings. Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Delivered my fully assembled grill at no extra charge.

Excellent little hardware store. I've been here three times, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. You can get help when you need it! Smaller than a Home Depot or Lowe's but I always find everything I need. And it's easier to find because you didn't have to walk half a mile to find it. It's my go-to place for home repairs and projects!
