This Ace Hardware store on Kirby is a place I can go to get most of the supplies I need for home without a trek to Home Depot, Menards or Lowes. Those stores are great when I need them but going to a smaller store with a friendly and helpful staff and good products in a convenient location Ace really is the place. Right next to fine grocery and pet supplies stores and others.

I stopped by Ace Hardware this morning to get a key copied and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Kyle. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me and was attentive to my needs. Kyle quickly assisted me in finding the key section and offered his help right away. He made the key copying process seamless and efficient, even when the machine couldn't recognize the original key. Kyle's expertise and friendly demeanor made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you, Kyle, for your outstanding service. You truly are a gem in customer service.

I’ve been going to this Ace for over ten years and will continue to do so. Always had very helpful employees assist me there and competitive prices
Recently I bought a hose in the fall. I opened it in the spring and realized it came defective. Went to return it without a receipt so they pulled up the purchase info from my card membership and found it, so i exchanged it for a new one. They were very helpful and understanding. It’s an overall great store
