I had an excellent experience with Allied Moving Company. They were punctual and kept everything on schedule, which made the whole process so much easier. The packing was done efficiently, and the team took great care to ensure everything was neat and well-organized. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as there was no mess left behind. The movers themselves were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend Allied for anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free moving experience!

The team was professional, efficient, polite, AND friendly! A pleasure to work with. There were also no surprises with the estimate and pricing. We would use them again. I just finished an almost cross-country move with Allied and I must say I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. Firstly, it started with my lovely move coordinator, Julie. She was a light in this dark stressful moving tunnel. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable with making my decision about going with their company and even offered to help me if I had
questions about other companies even if I didn’t go with them. She alone made up my mind about what moving company I would choose. This was before I even got my quote which was another seamless process. They had someone come out to give an accurate quote and that price was guaranteed. That was something Julie had explained to me and that made me feel even more comfortable with going with them. No surprises at the end. The movers were on time the day of the move and were so friendly and quick! Chatted a lot about monsteras! Also, during the wait for my things, Julie stayed in contact, was always available when I called and kept her word about everything. Then finally my delivery with the wonderful Bubba and his local crew were amazing too! One item of mine was damaged but that could have been mostly my fault, I packed everything myself and could have done a better job. But yes, would highly recommend!! Lovely experience!

I give them my phone number to get a quote, and they start barraging me with phone calls. I've gotten like a dozen spam robo calls from them in just 2 or 3 days. I tried picking one call up, and they aren't even having a real life person call me. Hopefully, this ends soon. They also started spamming my email, but I was at least able to unsubscribe from this. These type of practices make the whole company seem shady.

From start to finish Allied really came through on my relocation! Everyone was amazing but a HUGE SHOUTOUT goes to my driver Shane and his teammate Tony and both their teams in both locations!!!!! They really did everything I didn’t have to do a thing. If you ever need to or are considering using this company, hear me out, ITS WORTH IT. When they say no hassle they mean it. And if you really want a great experience I would request Shane from Michigan to be your driver!!!

Extremely inflexible and non-customer oriented moving company. DO NOT let them store your possessions - they will stall your move-in date (and rack up your storage costs) for a long as they can, always citing some logistic excuse or another, and then becoming very abrasive when challenged. I decided to use Allied thinking a big company would give me a superior result. Instead it turned into a nightmare, that finally resolved only after several calls to their national office. I would never, ever use this company again. They got 2 stars because the actual movers were efficient, energetic, and helpful. The scheduling staff was the problem.

I had an excellent experience with Allied Van Lines and particularly their agent Federal Co. at Champaign. The team is very professional and helpful. Kyle is very professional in examining and explaining my inventory. Julie is always available and very helpful in updating me with the current status and answering my questions. The two movers are also very friendly and kind. Great experience!
