I visited this store about a week after moving to Champaign. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got 5 separate pieces of furniture, and they helped me get same day delivery and set-up. Very thankful for this group!

Terrible experience! I bought a couch from here, they said it wasn’t in stock so I had to wait 6-8 weeks for it to come in and then to be delivered. It ended up taking well over 3 months and wasn’t even the couch I bought (similar but not the same). I called and they said the couch I bought was no longer being made so they sent me a different one, without even talking to me and gave me a $100 voucher that didn’t even actually exist. When I called to use it the guy was never available to talk to. The couch I didn’t actually pick didn’t even last a year before it was broken down and practically falling apart just from sitting on it.
