I came in to get a basic pedicure and they talked me into the next price up pedicure. I told her absolutely not the most expensive one. I really only wanted basic. Then, I was told at the end it was an additional $15 for gel for my nails. That was not even a design added and my nails came to $70. One of them flaked while on vacation 3 days later. That going to last gel! On top of that looking for a tip? I was planning $40 or $50. Not happy with my service, not happy with the upcharges and not happy it did not last after spending all that money. Many places around here i would have left spending my $40 to $60 with design. Ugh...lesson learned never again!

I came in and told them that I needed my nails done for my maternity shoot. The guy who usually does my nails pushed me off on a 18 year-old girl who hasn’t been doing it very long so he could sit in his chair and play on his phone the whole time. I was charged full price for these nails And this is what I get to deal with for my maternity shoot. I would have highly recommended them before this now I won’t go back. It’s sad that this is what I’m going to remember every time I look at my pictures.

An older Asian lady did my nails and they came out terrible. When I asked her if she could take them off and give me a refund because I did not like them, she said no and told me to leave. She’s really ruff at filing and ripped my skin.

Nails did not last two weeks, one nail came up from the bottom in a week, my pinky nail came completely off and I have another nail coming up from the bottom (I’ve been wearing long nails for over 10years)! Nail Tech Van rushed and did my full set, she’s not very friendly and does a half job, she didn’t put any lotion on my hands just cuticle oil, and for $120 my nails could have been better!!! Not to mention I booked my appointment online with her days before but when I got there I had to wait an hour just to get in the chair, very unprofessional 😫🤌🏾

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. They burned me terribly and after tell her she burned me, she proceeded to put alcohol on my eyebrows and a mix of other chemicals to calm the burn which ended up causing even more damage to my skin. My skin is ruined please avoid this place at all cost as their cleanliness and procedures are rapidly declining. This should have never happened!

I went in to get a refill on my acrylics at the Champaign IL mijers location they charged me $45 the price to have acrylics put on not the price for a refill charged my mom $35 just to get nails painted and the lady who did my acrylics was rude and on the phone the whole time. when I asked why it was $45 for refill when online prices say otherwise she said it hadn't been updated I will never go there again.

Don’t go if they are busy! My mistake is always going during special times usually holiday weekends like this weekend! I love my nails but my pedicure not so much. The tone was set that I was in a hurry because I asked how long would it take… because of that my toenails where misshaped … no cuticle remover was applied not mention to the young lady giving me a pedicure kept rolling her eyes because she felt rushed. Very uncomfortable experience. I tried getting service on a 3 hour break so I was not rushing just time conscience!

So, originally I showed up no appointment on Thursday morning at 10:30am wanting to get serviced by the lady who sits in the back left corner. Ofcourse she was busy, I expected that. But she offered for me to come back at a later time(noon). I agreed, and when I came back there was still someone in her chair when I arrived. I waited about 15 minutes before she communicated to her husband to start the process of the take off for my previous paint job and to start a fill-in on me. This meant that all she would have to do is shape and paint my nails when she finished with the other client that was still in her chair. Well, this deeply upsets me because I waited 2 1/2 hours for the experience to be serviced by her and in reality was serviced by her husband. Whatever at this point, I just go with it because I need to be to work within the next hour and a half… and just like I expected, my nails came out hideous!!! and I didn't like the shape whatsoever. I still went ahead and paid plus left a tip, only for my nail to break the VERY next day and I’m sure it’s because of the way he laid the foundation incorrectly. So I called and explained to someone over the phone and they agreed to fix it for free, but again when I arrived there was another person in her chair so I waited 10 minutes and when she finished painting my nails the color was definitely off and didn’t match at all. She didn’t say anything so I just left and chalked it up as a lost because I’m usually not confrontational, plus I needed to get back to work. On my way out of the salon, I ran into the husband and I asked for a discount for the next time I came and explained I was pressed for time and the color did not match. I told him how inconvenient it was for me to have to come back again to have my nail be fixed.. this meant coming back for the 3rd time this week!!! Hell no!!!!! Well The husband immediately gets offensive and said he will not honor giving me a credit or discount but that he would fix it for another day because it was free and “I don’t pay anything this time.” Don’t waste your time, you’re just a number to them! I won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know

I WAS a long time customer of over 14 years, but that will stop as a month ago. I went in to get my nails filled on a thurseday, no one was there with four techs doing nothing. I asked Van if I could get a fill and she said come back 45 minutes later, I said how about another lady that wasnt doing any thing to see if she would do my nails, and she wouldnt even look up at me and told Van she only wanted to do pedicures today. I was shocked for that was the lady I gave a very good tip at christmas time. I was very shocked and very disappointed with them not wanting to wait on me. I cant go back ever again, for the lack of respect they have shown me other times too, and I continued to let it slide. They do very good work, but they talk in their own language too much, and it makes you feel like they are making fun of you.

This was my first time here as my normal place is closed on Sundays. They got me in right away. I don't like talking much as I'm trying to relax and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. First thing I liked was the little arm rest thing they used for my hands which made the experience more comfortable. The lady that did my hands worked fast but also took her time to make everything perfect, without me pointing anything out. Then for the pedicure, I LOVED the leg rest as my normal place I have to hold my whole leg up and I get tired fast so that was AMAZING. They even shaved my toes with hair ? but it was a very relaxing great experience! 10 stars! Prices were good too!Services: Pedicure

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We gave them more than one opportunity and both times was a complete fail. They don’t use any type of disinfectant when they soak your feet, and you could see straight through the lime green paint job. My relative decided to go there last night and they did a horrible job shaping and painting her stiletto nails, each one had a different shape. They act as though people shouldn’t complain or be unhappy. I could write a book about these people but I’ll keep it simple, Johnathan didn’t want to refund her money back. Instead wrote a check with her last name on it ONLY. If I could give stars less than 1, they’d be negative.
