I scheduled an appointment for efficiency. When I arrived to the store at 10:01 for my 10:00 appointment, it was given away. The manager did not apologize or make it right. I was not able to get done what I needed as I was on a time schedule which is why I made an appointment. There was only one representative at the site. I was told there was nothing that could be done. We have a very large business plan with AT&T that we will be moving elsewhere.

The service here was terrible.
I came in and was told it would be a 1 hour wait.
They put my name down as 3rd on the list.
1 hour and 15 minutes later my name no longer appeared on the wait list.
One associate was still dealing with the same customer as when we came in.
The second associate waited on someone who had just come. Maybe had an appointment.
When I was going to ask about my wait time, the 2nd associate and the check in person were nowhere to be found for at least 10 minutes.
We saw 3 other groups of people come In and then leave without getting assistance.
I do not recommend this store based on the poor service that was exhibited to myself and other customers.
One customer even told us they were going to T-mobile.

They are charging me too much for my vile ones. I only have 2 lines and the monthly payment is super expensive.

When I got there, the greeting guy told me i needed to wait for 15mins, it turned out i waited for more than an hour. I hope the greeter would tell people the waiting time more close to it would be. I feel i was misled ….

My nightmare started back in April when the store employee convinced me my iPhone 11 would be out of date shortly and I better upgrade, my plan and everything would stay the same. He promised, plus the amount for the new phone. I didnt even make it home before I was getting auto generated emails saying I was violating this or that and they would be charging my bank the full phone amount. Get that sorted out and forced into a new plan. Bait and Switched me. Now today? They Cancelled my ACP program and put me on a different plan WITHOUT telling me, and send me a bill thats $33. more than I Was CONTRACTED and locked in to pay. almost 5 hours on the phone. Transferred around in the same call center. I swear it was the same lady using different voices. They DONT offer ANY discount now. They CANT give me anything cheaper than I have now. Medically disabled, going blind, getting cancer treatments, and they jack my bill $33. They Refuse to give me any discounts for AARP, For Link, Medicaid. Noting there's nothing they can or will due. But notice the $300. BILLION + Quarterly profits they keep posting. Millinois of at risk people got SCREWED by AT&T today and they dont care. One of the customer service people Laughed at me for being disabled and asking for a discount! This company ONLY cares about $$$$$ They DONT care about their Customers!!!!!!!!! Their foreign customer service people HATE Americans! AT&T Hates disabled People!

I had an appointment for 3:00 on September 1st. I arrived at 2:50 to see a sign on the door which read "on lunch be back soon". I waited until 3:15 pm and the door was never opened. I knocked on the front and back doors and got no response. The employees car was parked outside so I knew he was there. I eventually left, and as I was leaving I saw a larger sized man in AT&T clothing behind the building. I thought about speaking to him, but given his lack of professionalism I didn't want to waste my time with a poor employee any longer. I left to the Springfield store where I received great customer service. I suggest you all do the same. If this guy is a manager, this store is a complete joke. I have pictures of the vehicle and can describe the employee if any management wants to know more. However, I'm assuming this is a general culture problem at their workplace if someone so irresponsible is allowed to be alone at the store. Hope to see some changes at this location and hope to be compensated for my wasted time. Whoever was working, grow up and be mature enough to do your job or at least communicate accurately.

I went to AT&T on Prospect. Daniel was my sales rep. He did a wonderful job! Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store and making an appointment with Daniel

Ŵent in to get a new phone. Was a great a quick experience.! Our salesperson Noelle was wonderful. Very personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend her for future help!
