tried to get me to sign for a phone without even checking what storage i wanted or telling me anything about the phone. said about two words and then handed me the tablet to sign.

I've had good experiences at this store in the past, but today, the store was closed at 1:15pm on a Sunday with an 'out to lunch' sign on the door. When the female salesperson arrived back from lunch and removed the sign, she unlocked the doors and then turned her back and walked away instead of opening them and inviting me in. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock and she said they are under independent ownership so she couldn't check to see if the phone was available at other local AT&T stores. She made no effort to show me any other phones, order one, get me one online, etc. so I left and had to go to another store.

I purchased an AT & T phone and a 50$ prepaid fast card
Went to the retailer shop, they said they don't deal with prepaid, go to Walmart, Walmart is also not able to help,
On prepaid website, there is no option for activating sim along with activation of fast card
There are only monthly packages available which are of no use to me as I am staying for one week in USA
Tried to call customer service number but there is a pre-learned bot which doesn't respond well

Recently got a new phone, which is all I wanted added to my family's plan. Instead, I was signed up for the protection plan and "up next" (even though I specifically stated that I did NOT want the protection plan or any other extra monthly add-ons). Also, my line was apparently "upgraded" to premium even though nothing about that was even said to me. Basically, I was signed up for a bunch of stuff that I didn't want, which ended up costing me WAY more than I was planning on when I received that first bill. I had to go to a different store to get everything canceled. I will not be visiting this location again!!!

Ron was very unprofessional and quick to get me out the door. He needs home training! Do not go to this AT&T I advise you to go to the best one on prospect! This place is a JOKE!

Very poor experience, the clerk was extremely unprofessional, do not come to this store again, do not know anything, even need to Google in front me
The attitude is bad and arrogant and all they want to do is drive you away instead of helping you.
If you don't want to get mad in the summer. Don't come to this store!

Kenzie and Ron were amazing! They helped us navigate how to swap our phones from Verizon to AT&T, answered any questions we had, and were friendly throughout the whole process! They genuinely made what could've been a painful and anxious process easy and chill! :)
Cliché though it may sound, I definitely recommend coming here!

The store located on Neil Street in Champaign, Illinois
Your store representative was extremely courteous and helpful. He provided excellent customer service - which is unheard of nowadays. He needs a raise, his name was Richard (I think)

Came in after a very long flight with a broken phone needing an upgrade. Had the pleasure of being helped by Mauliek. There was a security issue that was something out of his department. While he was dealing with other rude customers he continued to be extremely kind and patient. We eventually got it figured out and were able to complete the upgrade. In a world of "ugly" people, it was a nice change to have dealt with such a great employee!!! GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! ATT needs more ppl like him.
