The senior staff at this branch said he cannot scan my car because the check engine light is not on so he is not willing to do it. Never heard of that. Autozone offers scan for battery life too, he is lying! Real Bad customer service!

I went in to try and resolve an issue involving a tax exempt account. Kristin, the manager was more than helpful and accommodating in helping me fix my problem. She saved me a trip to Peoria, and was more help in 15 minutes than everyone else combined through phone calls to other stores and the corporate phone line. Two thumbs up to her for her willingness to deal with a somewhat complicated and crummy situation!
