I just visited this location from a friend that told me I should. This will be forever the place I go to get my feet done. They did an amazing job and not once did I feel anything. I have a bad toenail that always ingrows its self and it was taken care of with no problem. The staff was friendly and very nice to everyone I noticed inside. Seems like everyone was getting the same treatment and I like that about places. Kudos to Baytowne Nails and keep up the great friendly service. I am forever a customer of this establishment!!!!

Avoid unless you have no where to be while you wait for a pedicure. Waited over an hour while there was still no one ready to start my pedicure.
Went for the first time with my friend because she’s a regular there. I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow and wanted to do a girls pedi with her. Arrived by 5:15pm and we were instantly seated. We figured that would be more than enough time for a pedicure and for me to still make it to another important appointment by 7pm. By 6:20pm my friend asked when they’d estimate my pedicure would start since they had just started on hers and I needed to be somewhere by 7. Two minutes they said. There was now someone sitting next to us who had came in for their 6:15pm appointment as well. So, I knew she would take precedent over us. She even offered to let me go before her because she overheard us talking about my 7pm meeting I had to get to. She was nice. I told her no of course but she was still waiting when I left too.
I left around 6:30ish to avoid any uncomfortable conversation if someone did come start on my toes after that as it wouldn’t be enough time for me leave by 6:45.
My friend called me shortly after and said that they rushed her pedicure after I left and didn’t even let her sit there for them to dry. They walked her straight to the register after the paint… and as one would imagine her toe nails were smudged moments later in her vehicle during her drive home.
Overall a very bad and awkward experience for me, but she’s a regular, so you’d think there’d be some level of priority in her experience and making sure her toe nails at least dried before being escorted out.

I appreciate the team at Baytown very much, they are very professional and welcoming. They do a great job with the issues I have with my toe nails, I never feel like they are rushing me, and the technician does a great job keeping the area clean.

I was hesitant due to some other reviews, but I have no complaints! The lady I saw listened to what I wanted, checked with me when filing/shaping, and did a great job with the polish. I didn't have to wait, no issues with trimming cuticles, and everyone was efficient and friendly. Thanks again!

Exemplary establishment and staff. Exceptionally clean
and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend if you need to relax and be pampered. Prices are great which means a lot in this the economy.

The first picture is what I asked for, the rest are what I got. I tried to be nice, and hold myself together the whole time, but I will never ever be back, nor will my friend. For starters just for my fill it was $50, and my friends was $80! For very simple designs. Secondly, she cut me, yanked my arm, told me it was my fault I scuffed my nail when the lady is aggressively pulling me every which way. How is that my fault? She gave me "advice" on how I should hold my hand and I just was in shock. The nails look nothing like I asked for. I wanted to keep the oval shape but everything is big and bulky, color everywhere. I didn't want to be rude to the people so I bit the money and left. You can find better business somewhere else for cheaper. I will now be doing my own nails and covering up whatever this is.
