The best place for car repair in the city, they work quickly, the prices are reasonable.

Great service! The guy up front gave what I’d rate as “dad-level advice” - super honest and easy to trust. He recommended the same tires his wife has which made me feel a whole lot better about the decision I was making. The mechanic even figured out a weird rattling noise I couldn’t pinpoint. Definitely my (now) go-to car place for tires, oil changes, and other maintenance. Highly recommend!

The work was solid but my car smelled for over a week after. I had to buy special enzyme spray to get the smell out of my seat. I kid you not I gagged every time I got in my car. I can't give them 5 stars because I dreaded driving after I took it there. Great work on my tire replacement though.

Stellar. These guys know their stuff. If you care about your vehicle or have anything that might require a bit of extra work, Beaumont is your place. They worked with me to verify something before it became an issue, unlike Tire Barn.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will 100% go back to Beaumont.

Great folks here. They've always been honest about what they can and can't do, plus they wouldn't even charge me for some basic diagnosis problems I had. The staff here has always been friendly and informative when it comes to car of my and my folks vehicles for 15+ years now.
Overall Beaumont Alignment Plus is an excellent place to have your car looked at by folks who care about the health of your vehicle.

These guys are mostly great. I do have an issue with one of them. The one who sits in the desk in the corner belches a lot. Not burps. Belches. Like a 5th grader. I find that revolting.

The reason I have so much trust and faith at Beaumonts was on display today . I took my car that I just purchased , into their shop for a buyers inspection. Within minutes, Cain , called me back to show me how bad the subframe was rusted. It was truly an accident waiting to happen. On behalf of my wife, who was going to drive it, and myself , they saved us from a possible bad accident. Thank you so very much to the shop and crew, you guys are the best.

I called to try and find an alignment for a vw passat that has been lowered. I brought my vehicle by and showed the owner to discuss if he could perform my alignment, and he stated it wouldn't be an issue at all. I was quite relieved to find a shop able to help me with being lowered... Tuesday was the day I discussed and showed my vehicle to the owner. Sadly, he didn't have anything till Friday today at 3 pm. I had no choice but to wait, so I did. Friday rolls around. I drive over to drop my vehicle off at 2:40. The owner was outside, and I wanted to ask him how long the wait would be? The owner smelled of Marijuana aka weed (: and laughed at me.. I was confused, and he said he wasn't going to do it and declined my service.. I asked why he said it would be too technical and didn't want to do it at all.. I stated we are scheduled on the books for today.. He was very disrespectful and stated he was declining my service. I would stay away from this shop. The owner is quite disrespectful to laugh at the customer's face and waste multiple days of mine. Now it's Friday after 3 pm, and he leaves me in a hard spot..
The only thing I asked before he declined my service was if he would straight my wheel during the alignment. He said he doesn't do that, and that makes this to technical.. I even said don't worry about it since I needed my vehicle back and straight..
Id stay clear of a buisness that find it's OK to laugh at the customer and disrespectful manner. I don't mind what he does in his personal time, but smelling of Marijuana isn't a good imagine for a buisness owner.

I went to get an alignment after installing the new struts. My mechanic, whom I have known for over 20 years, worked on it and said everything else looked good but recommended getting an alignment. I thought I would take it to Beaumont, and they didn't even attempt to do the alignment. They charged me $60 and said that I need both new inner and outer tie rods, which my trusted mechanic assured me I don't need. I just wasted $60 for them to tell me that I need new parts, which I don't need.
In response to your claim of being unable to loosen the tie rod jam nut, I question your qualifications for this type of work. This directly contradicts your previous in-person assessment that new outer and inner tie rods were required. Were you simply guessing, or is it your standard practice to recommend new tie rods when you cannot loosen a jam nut?
I hope others will carefully consider your services. Professional courtesy would have dictated informing your customer that completing the alignment job depended on loosening the jam nut. Your subsequent post admitting your inability to free the tie rod indicates a lack of competence in this area.

Great people, great service, I have been going there for over 20 years, I am slightly disappointed that Track Alignment is no longer being done, I understand somewhat because it's very time consuming, I now drive over an hour for that service.

Had my car aligned and bought a new rim. Left the shop and lost a hubcap almost immediately. I reported this to them and was simply told sometimes aftermarket hubcaps won’t stay on replacement rims! No offer to replace. So I’m out the $40.
