Another guest experienced a mix-up with room assignments, leading to a stressful situation that was eventually resolved by the hotel management. Despite these occasional challenges, the majority of guests have found the hotel to be a good value, with a nice pool, gym, and functioning amenities. The overall impression is of a reasonably standard hotel that provides a comfortable stay for those on a quick overnight trip.
Friendly staff and very clean. This was the first hotel we’ve been to in several years that offer daily housekeeping services. We will definitely return to this hotel if visiting the area again.
