“A few weeks ago, we visited the store to look for a new bike for my daughter, who had outgrown her 16-inch bike. The shop was well organized, very clean, and had a great selection of bikes in different models and colors. We were completely new to the Trek brand. We had heard many great things about it and knew it was considered a high-end brand, but we had never owned one before.

During that first visit, we met an Asian staff member who was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, even though we knew very little about bikes. He took his time explaining things and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

Later, when I checked their website, I found an adult-sized bike on clearance. It was such a great deal that I decided to purchase it as a gift for my partner, especially since we had such a wonderful experience during our first visit. When we returned to pick up the bike, the staff members working there were very professional and helpful. They carefully explained how everything works, how to use it (even though we know how to ride, we’ve never owned a bike like this before), and how to properly maintain it. They also clearly explained their after-sales service. Even though we were buying a clearance item, they treated us with the same level of professionalism and care as any other customer.

The same Asian staff member we met during our first visit was also the one who came outside to help us load the bike into our SUV. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name and truly don’t remember it, but he went above and beyond to assist us. He showed us how to quickly remove a wheel so the bike would fit more easily and explained how to protect the chain and other important parts while loading it into the trunk. Without his help, it would have been very difficult to fit a size large bike into our vehicle.”
