Everything was fine until they had the bathrooms closed ? and they made me go to the cash register and the girl said to open it for me and no one went and I was there for a long time and I really needed to go to the bathroom, I had to go... bathrooms are supposed to be public my purchases ? are always high and they no longer ask for your number for bills

While I found what I needed in the end, the store was quite a mess and the inventory was low. But I love my shoes!!!! And lady's I know I need to paint them nails.

This experience was so bad, the people who work there are kinda rude and don’t pay attention at all, it’s so hot inside that the air is not working. It smells weird and the things are nasty looking . if I was new i wouldn’t shop here??♀️.

This store is very unkept. I just left the store and the 2 women working cashier are absolutely horrible. For those 2 reasons alone I Will NEVER shop this location and possibly the franchise again. They are despicable

Went in there today and it was a mess, Horrible Merchandising and Corporate doesn't even do anything about it?? Today I saw shoes all over the floor in the shoe section!!

They always leave the ink tags on. EVEN AFTER YOU ASK THEM TO PLZ TAKE THEM ALL OFF BC EVERYTIME I CONE I GOTTA DRIVE 45 MINS TO RETURN FOR THEM TO FINISH THEIR JOB!!!!!

Seen at least 4 employees, asked to try on my clothes in the fitting room and was told they were closed because they didn't have enough staff by a pregnant lady with half her stomach out... You don't have the staff to unlock a door? Literally only 5 people were shopping in there.. hire people who actually want to work while there..
