I've been with Busey since 1967, a few grumbles over the years, but I'm good now, nothing to address. (Grumbles surrounding specific bank employees I no longer see. That's life.)

Local staff are friendly and great, the location is clean, nice, and well-run.
But the e-banking service is very unreliable, and is down extremely often. If you plan on banking mostly in-person, Busey is a good choice. If you depend on online banking, you'll be frustrated.

Good local bank. Online banking and app are good design. It's friendly interface.Credit card is ok. You can find a lot more better deals. Watch for the cash back.
