I’ve been a customer here for a little over a year now. They all ways provide excellent service and the atmosphere of the store is amazing. They are very humble and knowledgeable. Great place from day one they open l, very kind and friendly, they installed my screen protector on my phone has a courtesy after I bought the screen protector and they don’t charge for that, very cool place CJ is really cool guy.

Friendly staff who explained the problem with my laptop and gave an estimate quickly. When they fixed it, it looked like new and functioned great and the repair cost ended up being lower than the estimate.

They did a good job they fixed my phone in just a couple hours of service on the same day which is pretty impressive The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is they did not return my old damage parts they wanted to keep them and use them for something else which I asked to have them and he really didn't want me to take the parts with me even though they were mine I rightly paid for the replacement parts but he still didn't want to give them to me so that not the star off of the rating but I would still use them again.

Came in today while someone was arguing with CJ, even after he offered to open the device up and look for problems for free. I was prepared to see him in a bad mood, but CJ didn't let it get to him and calmly treated me with kindness and honesty. I have no idea how this place has any bad reviews, I genuinely don't think I've seen better customer service and transparency anywhere else. This is the best repair shop I've ever been to by a landslide. CJ is extremely transparent and upfront about prices, there are never any surprises or unreasonable prices. They are always on time with their estimates and extremely thorough with the repair. My phone had liquid damage and all of the signs of a dead motherboard/screen, but they still took the time to thoroughly clean everything, which caused it to turn on. Now it's an acceptable trade-in, so they saved me $500 on what anyone else would look at as a lost cause. I can't recommend this place enough. Give them a call if you're still unsure and you'll see how honest they are about prices, other options, and their ability to repair your device. I've been here twice so far, and without a doubt I'll try to come back if anything breaks again.

10/10 service, they are true to the estimated wait time, with wonderful and warm staff and skilled technicians who saved my phone that I thought was a goner !, they have very fair prices as well

Service from CJ, Edward, and Mac was quick and friendly. The problem was immediately identified and the replacement cost less than any other options for screen repair. I wasn't left without my phone for long.

I brought in a tablet that had the tip of a headphone plug stuck in the headphone port (thanks, Square!). I had even tried the "special tool" from Amazon to try and get it out myself, to no avail. They had it fixed and tested in no time. Very reasonable pricing too!
