These people are so disorganized. First when they call you and they don't let you talk which is very disrespectful and unprofessional. We have applied and got accepted for carle financial assistance and they call us every single day to tell us the same wrong things because they don't communicate well between their departments. They have told me several times that they left a note to inform their collegues not to call me again until the problem is resolved from their side. But unfortunately they are calling again and again. Very disappointed terrible patience service Carle.

I have to go past here on weekdays. The people who work here are the most entitled and reckless drivers I've ever seen. They constantly use the breakdown lane on Curtis to turn in here and they never stop at red lights. If I get cutoff on the highway by someone in a base model luxury car they end up pulling in here.You'd have to be a pretty terrible human being to work here, so it makes sense.

I have my issues with Carle generally. But the med records office got me a CD I needed on very short notice.

The people here are so amazing. We are seen at multiple Carle at the Fields offices and love each and every doctor.

Should be called 'Parking in the Fields' because it's over 80% parking lots and it's placed in a field outside of town. A terrible location for vital healthcare that many transit-dependent people now have less access to. Even for people with access to a car or transit, getting here takes a big chunk of time out of our day. It's an eyesore and a shame, but I'm not surprised. More bad decisions from Carle and friends, and our community will pay the price because we quite literally have no choice.

Very poor handing of price gouging. Bills that should not have been charged. Over charging. Handling of complaints is lacking and more harassment and exploring patient financial data to use in their collection and billing and systems and process. Pretty exploitive. Price gouging and lack of transparency and denial of real community answers is always the norm at Carle Operations. Data breaches/leaks are normal and taking data is normal too.Overcharging and lack of transparency and bad practices in services and handling complaints and concerns is terrible. Cha Ching!! Harassment is the normDon’t use Carle unless you want price gouged or told to have services with zero price or charge transparency. Ridiculous people.
