I just purchased a new Roush F-150 from Todd Barrowman at this dealership. Todd was great to work with. He answered my questions directly without any of the usual sale "tactics" that some dealers use. I live in another state and we did the transaction over phone and email. It was very easy and smooth. Yesterday I bought my 3rd Vehicle in 3 months from Ford City! I must say in all honesty I never thought I would step foot in here again. I had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle from here a few years ago, but I love Fords and I try to buy local when I can so I tried again. The first vehicle I bought I either was told wrong or I misunderstood what I was told, so I must say I was back to probably not going back again, but I reached out and Dean tried to make it right so when my son needed a vehicle we went back again. Not much hassle this go around. I just went back in yesterday and bought another vehicle for my business and here’s where I’m blown away. After the deal is complete and I’m on the way home I get a call that I forgot to pay my down payment. I explained I was not paying a down payment as the interest was 0%. He said he would talk to Dean and get back with me. Next call is from Dean, he explains it was his mistake and something got put in that column and that was not what we agreed too. He said “I’ll take care of it”, you enjoy your new truck and your weekend. We’re all done here!” Wow is all I can say! Dean is older so he will probably retire before I buy another vehicle there, but I’ll still be going back there as long as I’m buying vehicles in this area! Dean if you see this, you made my day by being a great business person.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Stopped there with an emergency problem (I was losing oil) while driving from Indiana to Iowa on a Friday afternoon. They solved the problem (oil filter wasn’t tight) cleaned the oil off the bottom of my Explorer and sent me on my way at no charge. They were kind and extremely professional to get me on my way in a short amount of time. Thank you!

Thanks to Matt and the service team at Ford City. Every time we have had an issue they are there to take care of it for us in a timely fashion. Even when a part is on back order they stay in touch so you know they are working on getting it here for you. I highly recommend Ford City.

Brian was extremely rude, snide and not helpful. He tried to make it seem like I was getting a good deal, and when I pointed out I wasn't he acted like a child. Needless to say, not purchasing from their dealership.

I'd been car shopping for almost a year when I stumbled across the Ford Escape. Stopped into the dealership one day for a test drive and Anthony Cenzano was so helpful! He let me look at all the cars I needed to, was totally patient with my indecision and didn't do that standard care salesman pressure. Came back a few weeks later and purchased a new Ford Escape SE and the experience was downright pleasant! Everyone was super helpful, patient, answered all my questions, ran the numbers 8 different ways from Sunday to help me get the best payment possible. I just can't say enough good things about the team at Ford City and will definitely be doing repeat business with them -- and telling all my friends about them!

We got excellent deals on both our cars. In fact, I lined up quotes from my company's car buying service and financing through my bank, and they beat both prices without needing to haggle.
