Poor customer service. Called and asked if they could do breaks on my specific vehicle. Was told yes, and could bring it in today. Lo and behold they didn’t have the breaks. Also, customer rep was told about ice on their steps and he told the customer it wasn’t his problem.

Clay Dooley was amazing, especially Kami. They were able to get me in very quickly. When I needed a part, they called the local dealership to check availability. When it was going to be $1,000 and would take 2 weeks, they ordered the part online for me for $300 and got it in a couple days. It was a very smooth process, which I very much appreciated.

My husband brought my SUV in today. Our usual shop was too busy, so we decided to try Clay Dooley. My vehicle feels like it's intermittently going over rumble strips when on the highway at higher speeds. I travel over 100 miles multiple times a week for work and this is concerning. We assumed we might need something like rotation, alignment, balance (we know that it hasn't had those services since at least the last two oil changes). We also understood that it could be something more serious. Apparently, my car was taken on the highway to "test." However, the gentleman retuned after 30 minutes and told my husband that nothing was wrong with it. My vehicle was never even taken into the shop to properly inspect. When my husband asked about an alignment, rotation, and balancing, he was told it didn't need it.
I took the car on the highway to test for myself immediately after and it is clear that there is an issue! It still shakes and rumbles at higher speeds (especially when turning the wheel). My husband told me that my car was never really inspected (no one even looked under the car to check tires/suspension components, etc.) and the balance wasn't checked. I'm not sure why, but this seemed really unprofessional. We both work hard and had to coordinate a time to bring the vehicle to the shop. I also have to travel again for work tomorrow. The least that could have been done is to conduct a real and thorough inspection to make sure your customers are safe on the road.

Got a flat tire while travelling through Illinois, they were able to replace the tire quickly at a fair price! They had a very nice waiting area and the employees were super friendly and helpful.

Today I took my Mazda CX 9 Gran Touring. Apparently they did a great job. I think the problem was solved. The price for the work was a little high, but they did it quickly and I think I'm satisfied.
