I highly recommend this shop! We were traveling through from out of state at 5:00 PM on a Friday (and Good Friday to boot). I tried several tire stores and no one could take us. Chaparral said they were first come first served, they closed at 7 and they were cash only, but they could look at it. We arrived there at 5:45 PM and they got us right in. Super friendly staff and they had the tire off within 2 minutes of pulling into the bay. The tech performing the repair inspected the tire and even rolled it back out to show me what looked like a long barbed staple in the tread about an inch from the edge. He explained that where it was, it could not be plugged and needed to be patched from the inside. He had the patch and proceeded to take the tire off the rim, patched it, put the tire back on and returned it to my car. $30. That's all they charged. We were out the door in under 30 minutes. Super friendly staff, very professional, attentive and pleasant to work with. Needless to say, they got a good tip. Thank you Chaparral Tire Center!
