I was nicely treated and helped by a person whose name starts with T. He patiently explained any details that I needed to know when opening a checking account and applying for a credit card. Also, the cashier treated me well! The whole process would be done in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone who needs a Chase account for whatever reasons.

The branch manager (I believe Yitong is her name) helped me so much with my debit card issue. Everything was very quick and efficient, and all the staff were friendly. Lucky to have this branch nearby!

Terrible experience. Entered establishment at 11 am the 20th of May 2024 to set up automatic payment for new vehicle. Counter person was confused and asked if I had my phone. Telling him I did he instructed to have a seat and someone would help me. I waited and waited as patrons entered and were helped before me. And I'm not talking counter teller help either. Very unprofessional and annoying to say the least. Will never return to this miss-managed joke of a financial institution.

Do not deposit checks with Chase! They literally screwed me on my loan payments! Every time I deposit a check, no matter the amount, chase always puts it on a stupid hold for 10 days! I made a deposit to pay off 2 of my loans and because they held the check, my loan payments were returned and now I have to pay them more, and now I don't have enough funds to do what I needed to do! I'm so angry with them for messing with my money! Plus I paid a stop fee on another incoming payment and it still went thru! I am done with Chase Bank and will be leaving them!

Travis is so nice!!! I started an account here recently, and compared to the experiences that I had had previously at Busey, the customer service here at Chase is far better! Thanks a lot guys!
