February 26, 2025. Went in to get medicine around 11pm because I was really sick, and was told I needed an ID to purchase it. Went to get my ID and was told they couldn’t sell it to me. When they had just sold one to someone right in front of me without the need of an ID. Maybe it’s a case of discrimination or racism. The employee was a woman, with broken glasses and nappy hair. She needs to be fired or this place will continue to loose money. Went to another gas station to purchase my medicine with no complications.

Today, Dec 26, 2024, at 5h50 Pm. I went to the store as I didn't know the name of the product that I was looking for, and then I pointed the finger to it so that she can give it to me but she was very very rude to me ( the tall light lady) the black lady. She needs more training also she must respect people. From today, my family members and I we can not go there. At least she got training...manager you need to bring this to your intention

Employee had just started to mop and would not let the customer use the restroom. Customers are not a priority.

I go to this gas station every day without a problem to grab cigarettes and a polar pop everyone else that works here is nice besides this one young lady who has very bad customer service she becomes extremely rude if you ask her a question while she is on her phone and supposedly working I seen her get into allocations with other customers she say her job is untouchable I know jobs can become stressful but that does give you a right to disrespect another human being just because. It's is not right I will pray for you.

On the evening of May 18, the staff had a very bad attitude, I told her to buy short cigarettes, she gave me long cigarettes, I asked for a change, her attitude was extremely bad, she was not allowed to change, she was discriminating against us

It's a gas station with a Subway next to it, and a Amazon locker is right outside.The entrance is easy to get in and out for both streets.I will not have my Amazon stuff shipped here, i just don't feel safe. Looks like some homeless around, and it's pretty dark.Check gas price before coming, that will save you a lot.

I pre-paid for gas and then went outside to pump my gas and was told that I had to pay again and to close back in the morning for a refund. It's been over 3 weeks and still no resolution. They stole money from me, isn't that theft? The never refunded my original payment or gave me the gad I paid for. I contacted corporate and still have not received a call back. Circle K it's a ripoff!
Another horrible situation. I went into the Circle K on Mattis and the cashier was talking outside with a couple guys. She follow me in the store and overcharged me by adding additional items on my ticket. When I got home i was wondering why my items cost so much, so I drove back up there and she confessed to adding 2 items to my checkout that I didn't have. Of course she refunded me for the overcharge, but my conclusion was, she was over charging everyone and when her shift ended she was taking all of the money that her register was over. Ridiculous! In conclusion, Circle Ks are unprofessional ripoffs!

NOT 24 hours. Maybe they should be but the cashier is always outside in his car and it’s the store door locked. I work next door and every night this it’s the same thing.
