I LOVED my trip to Claire’s with my Aunt and younger cousin. We visited to get my cousin’s ears pierced and the store manager, Michele, personally took care of us. She was so nice, energetic, and kind, making my cousin (who was a bit scared) way more comfortable and excited for the experience. Would definitely return!

Had a very disappointing experience this morning. I entered the store and was never greeted or acknowledged at all. I patiently waited for the associate to finish piercing and once she finished, she still never acknowledged me and immediately assisted the newcomers in the store. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

Saw employees wearing products, then put tags back on and put them back on shelves. Very disgusting and unhygienic, I was told it's company policy.

Had 7 year old daughter's ears pierced here. Michelle the manager did a great job. Very friendly and accommodating.

They run promotions like free earrings for a year and then don’t follow through. Have been emailing customer service for weeks now and no response. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

This place is fine for youngish people, but for a store selling jewelry for children there are no clip-on earrings. Seems like they really want you to pay to have your kids ears pierced.

Fun cute little things. If you have younger girls its worth the stop. Prices are high for some little trinkets you can find cheaper elsewhere but lots of stuff you can't.
